BITCOINAIRE DAO
Bitcoinaire.io is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) dedicated to integrating Bitcoin into Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications across multiple blockchains. Bitcoin holders now can buy, send, borrow, save, and earn interest on their Bitcoin, all while maintaining complete anonymity.
Headquartered and incorporated in El Salvador in compliance with the Bitcoin Law, Bitcoinaire.io is the first blockchain project and investment bank designed with mathematical regulation governing every aspects of its operation. This self-regulated financial platform operates in a decentralized manner through smart contracts—self-enforcing agreements coded in software and executed on the Bitcoin blockchain. Governance is managed democratically by $BTC token holders, who can propose, discuss, and vote on decisions regarding the development of the Bitcoinaire Protocol. Voting power is proportionate to the amount of $BTC tokens held by each participant.
Shared ownership within the DAO incentivizes members to align their objectives, while decentralized governance ensures fairness and transparency in decision-making. The community collectively determines which projects to pursue. Additional details on participation are provided below.
BITCOINAIRE CLUB
Founded in 2013 by a group of early Bitcoin adopters, Bitcoinaire Club best known as the 21 Million Club enables members to share due diligence and co-invest in the most promising blockchain ventures. Individuals holding at least ₿1 Bitcoin are invited to apply for membership. Currently, Bitcoinaire has over 420 members and a total of ₿1,137 BTC locked in its smart vault, valued at $112,876 million based on the current Bitcoin Price Index.
Bitcoinaire represents a fusion of financial innovation, libertarian and capitalist ideals, and human empowerment. Membership provides exclusive access to financial services that are unavailable through traditional institutions.
